BFSA-BTF Organized User Training on the E-Health Certification of BFSA
Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) and USDA-funded Bangladesh Trade Facilitation (BTF) project organized the user training on the e-Health Certification on May 5, 2024. The user training engaged 30 exporters of packaged food products including 19 BFSA officials. The BFSA and IT consultant team, who developed the system, demonstrated the whole certificate application process and subsequently allowed an opportunity to raise any concerns and/or queries with the nominated participants.
