Signing of memorandum Understanding (MoU) between FBCCI
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-funded Bangladesh Trade Facilitation (BTF) project signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 6 November 2022 with the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI) to explore the potential of exporting Bangladeshi agro products, fish and processed commodities in the global market. BTF Project Director Mr. Michael J. Parr and FBCCI President Mr. Md. Jashim Uddin signed the MoU on behalf of the respective parties.
At this event, Ms. Victoria Baker, International Programme Specialist of USDA Foreign Agricultural Service, said that the MoU would strengthen the BTF project’s cooperation with Bangladesh’s private sector and help develop agriculture.
